Murphy products and systems are supplied with a limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Murphy products supplied by Enovation Controls typically have a 2 year limited warranty; for bought-in loose items not directly manufactured by Enovation Controls, the original manufacturer's warranty period generally applies. If you do experience problems with Murphy equipment, please contact your supplier/local distributor, or contact our engineers for advice before returning goods. Many problems can be traced to set-up or application issues, which can often by corrected without returning the product.

Where equipment does need to be returned to Enovation Controls, our engineers can log the fault details on our Returns Goods Reference (RGR) system. Allocation of a customer RGR reference allows us to track the progress of returned items, and means that only this reference need be supplied with returned items (instead of full written fault details).
